Common Questions

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

TransPeek's floating window isn't appearing. What should I do?

Go to iOS Settings → TransPeek and ensure "Picture in Picture" permission is enabled. Then restart the app. If the issue persists, restart your device.

SpeakMore isn't transcribing my voice. How do I troubleshoot?

Check that your API key is valid and your internet connection is stable. Verify microphone permission in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Check the app's status indicator for error messages.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to refund.

Can I export my learning data from VoicePro or PolarWords?

Currently, learning data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud. We're working on data export features for a future release.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Please email support@byutech.cn with details. We take security seriously and will respond within 24 hours. Do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly before we've had time to address them.
